 how to fix error pcsf_10342 |

Hi
I have installed Informatica 8.6.0 on XP service pack 2
when i logged into Informatica powercenter Administration console ,to create repository and integration service, i am facing with the issue and get the following error after i finished creating Integration service
Error :
The service did not start due to the following error: Service initialization failed
Log details :
Failed to authenticate login. [PCSF_10342] [PCSF_10342] Exception occurred: [[AUTHEN_10000] The Service Manager failed to authenticate user [administrator] in security domain [Native].].
Please advise me on this, any help is appreciated.
